Sheryl was great, the people sitting in my row were AWFUL
When I arrived at the Ryman, my row appeared to be full, but the people sitting in the same row as me were taking up too much space. Though I would have preferred to sit where I was supposed to, I do not like to deal with unnecessary drama at concerts. Slightly over halfway through the show, the people who were supposed to sit where I was standing showed up, and I quietly and politely moved to where I was assigned to sit in the first place. The people in my row did not really make an effort to make room for me (I am tall and slender and do not take up much space) so I stood and sat uncomfortably for most of the concert. When they refused to make room for me, the nice people sitting in the row behind me said I could sit with them. This scenario ruined almost the entire show for me. PSA: If you're attending a concert in a standing room or seated auditorium, be polite and respectful to those around you who paid to attend the show too.
